1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revit ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Service Description

Revit is an AI-powered image transformation platform that allows users to colorize old photos, remove watermarks, change backgrounds, remove people, add clothing, and apply haircuts to photos.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of the Platform are strictly prohibited:

• Generating images that infringe, defame, or damage the reputation, privacy, or rights of any third party.
• Generating images that infringe the intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of companies or entities.
• Using the Platform to create images intended to harass, defame, or damage the character or reputation of any real person.
• Using the Platform to circumvent, infringe, or violate private property rights or any other legally protected rights.
• Generating images of a sexual, violent, or discriminatory nature involving real or identifiable people.
• Any use of the Platform that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Image Storage and Deletion

All images generated on the Platform are automatically and permanently deleted within 48 hours of creation. We do not retain processed images beyond this period.

5. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights to any image you upload to the Platform. You retain ownership of the original images you upload. Revit does not claim ownership over any processed results.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Revit shall not be liable for any misuse of the Platform by users. Users are solely responsible for any consequences arising from use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
